The Cincinnati Fire Department and Cincinnati Fire Museum are excited to host an open house for all ages! The Museum opens at 10 a.m., with activities starting at noon. Enjoy a photo opportunity with a CFD fire truck, fire safety presentations, and refreshments. Silco Fire and Security will also be on site to offer fire extinguisher training and introduce their mascot, Freddie, to visitors. Museum admission will be half off from noon to 2 p.m. Don’t miss this fun, educational event!

fifth annual firefighter cook-off
November 8th at 7:00 PM
The Cincinnati Fire Museum is hosting our fifth annual firefighter cook-off as a fundraiser on Saturday, November 8 at 7 p.m. Local firefighters will compete to win the title of Best Firefighter Chef judged by an esteemed panel, which this year includes James Beard nominated Chef Jeff Harris of Nolia and Top Chef Contestant and owner of Young Buck Deli, Chef Caitlin Young.
All ticket holders will have the chance to taste the firefighters’ dishes and vote for their favorite, enjoy beer and wine from a bar, participate in a raffle with excellent prizes, and take part in one of the best traditions of firefighting culture – firehouse chow! Tickets can be purchased at the link below All proceeds of the event will directly support the Fire Museum and allow us to continue our mission of preserving Cincinnati’s proud firefighting heritage, in addition to providing critical fire prevention and safety education to the community.
